One week. Nothing reaches your customers. You keep the number.
You want to know whether Maximal saves time on your inbox, not in a demo. So we measure it: one week, read-only, with a baseline taken first.
What it is
One week. Maximal reads every incoming ticket, looks up the order, applies your written policy and writes a draft. Your team does not have to use any of it. Nothing is sent and nothing is changed.
What you get
A measured number: minutes saved per conversation, on your inbox, against your own baseline. Plus every draft beside what your team actually sent, and a list of what it got wrong.
What it costs you
No money. It does take half a day of one person for the baseline, and an hour to connect. That is the real price, and we would rather say so up front.
What we ask
A sample of anonymised past tickets, permission to name you as a reference, and permission to publish the number. If we publish it, it says that the shadow week was free in exchange.
What happens to your data
Before the first ticket we sign a processing agreement: you are the controller, we are the processor. We commit that inference is then pinned to the EU and hosting sits with a named EU provider. What applies today is on the Trust page. No SOC 2 and no ISO; we would rather tell you ourselves.
How it ends
With one page. If the number is bad, you keep it and we stop. If it is good, the page says what it costs a month.
How it runs
- Day 0Baseline with your team, half a day. Nothing connected yet.
- Day 1We connect together, an hour: your helpdesk, and read-only your store.
- Days 1 to 7Maximal drafts a reply to every ticket. Nothing goes out.
- Day 8One page with your number, what it got wrong, and the price.
The baseline, exactly
- First the figure from your helpdesk dashboard, per ticket type. We record it, and record that it is self-reported.
- Then we time at least 30 conversations by hand across your three biggest ticket types. We measure attention time: from opening to moving away, not time in the queue.
- Per conversation we note the ticket type, the number of customer messages, the minutes, which systems had to be opened and whether a rule was looked up.
- We report both numbers and the gap between them. This happens before anything is connected, because afterwards the baseline is no longer clean.
The page at the end
One page you can forward. It shows:
- your shop, its category and conversations a month
- the baseline, from the dashboard and by stopwatch
- how many conversations it saw and how many drafts it wrote
- what share your team sent unchanged, and how much the rest changed
- attention time per draft
- weighted minutes saved per conversation
- when it handed over to your team, and why
- what it got wrong, verbatim
- the monthly price at that saving
There is no contact address yet, so shadow weeks run by introduction for now.
